2.1 HealthKit Data
The App collects the following health data from Apple HealthKit:
- Heart Rate Variability (HRV): For stress level assessment and personal baseline calculation
- Heart Rate: For supplementary health analysis
- Resting Heart Rate: For supplementary health analysis
- Sleep Data: For notification suppression (avoiding notifications during sleep)
- Step Count: For supplementary health analysis
- This data is stored only on your device (iPhone/Apple Watch) and iCloud (CloudKit)
- No data is sent to our servers
- No data is shared with third parties
- No data is used for advertising
2.2 App Usage Data
The App stores the following data locally:
- Breathing exercise completion records
- Personal baseline
- Schedule settings
- Monitoring state
This data is also stored only on your device and iCloud, not transmitted externally.
2.3 Analytics Data (Only with User Consent)
To improve the App, we may collect the following anonymous data through Firebase Analytics, only with your explicit consent:
- Features used (e.g., which breathing pattern was selected)
- Session counts and completion rates
- App stability data (crash reports)
- Health data such as HRV and heart rate is never sent
- No personally identifiable information is collected
- All app features remain available without consent
- Consent can be revoked anytime in the app settings
2.4 Information We Don't Collect
The App does not collect:
- Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Contacts
- Photos or videos
- Credit card information

Collected health data is used only for:
- Personal baseline calculation
- Real-time stress assessment
- Breathing exercise recommendations
- Habit tracking
- Notification optimization
4. Data Storage and Retention
Storage Location:
- Device local: Core Data database on iPhone/Apple Watch
- iCloud (CloudKit): For iPhone⇄Apple Watch synchronization
Retention Period: Data is stored until you delete the app. Deleting the app removes all data completely.
5. Data Sharing and Third Parties
The App never shares your health data with third parties. Since no data is stored on our servers, disclosure to third parties is technically impossible.
6. Your Rights
- Access Right: View all stored data within the app
- Deletion Right: Delete all data by uninstalling the app
- Correction Right: Correct data errors through the app
7. Data Security
- Local storage: Data primarily stored on device
- iCloud encryption: Data synced via CloudKit is encrypted by Apple
- Access restriction: We cannot access your health data
- In-app purchases: Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store. We never collect credit card information
