第1条（適用）

  1. 本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Genqi Tech Pte Ltd（以下「当社」）が提供するHRV Flow（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
  2. 本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
  3. 本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本アプリを使用しないでください。

第2条（本アプリの概要）

本アプリは、Apple HealthKitから取得したHRV（心拍変動）データに基づき、以下の機能を提供します：

  1. 個人のHRVベースライン計算
  2. リアルタイムストレスレベル判定
  3. 呼吸エクササイズの提案とガイド（8種類）
  4. 習慣トラッキング（ストリーク、統計）
  5. スケジュール管理とリマインダー通知

第3条（利用条件）

必要なデバイス:

HealthKit許可: 本アプリは、Apple HealthKitへのアクセス許可が必要です。

年齢制限: 本アプリは13歳以上のユーザーを対象としています。

第4条（料金）

本アプリは現在、すべての機能を無料で提供しています。

当社は将来、追加機能を含む有料プランを提供する場合があります。有料プランを導入する場合は、事前にアプリ内および本規約にて料金・内容をお知らせします。

第5条（将来の有料プランについて）

有料プランが導入された場合、以下の条件が適用されます：

第6条（禁止事項）

本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します：

  1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  2. 本アプリの不正使用（リバースエンジニアリング、解析等）
  3. 他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為
  4. 虚偽の情報を登録する行為

第7条（免責事項）

重要な免責事項:
  • 本アプリは医療機器ではありません
  • 医学的助言、診断、治療を提供するものではありません
  • ストレスレベルの判定は推定値であり、医学的な診断ではありません
  • 健康上の問題や懸念がある場合は、必ず医師にご相談ください
  • 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません

第8条（準拠法と裁判管轄）

本規約の解釈にあたっては、シンガポール法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関する紛争については、シンガポールの裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Article 1 (Application)

  1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using HRV Flow ("the App") provided by Genqi Tech Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
  2. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
  3. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Article 2 (App Overview)

The App provides the following features based on HRV (Heart Rate Variability) data obtained from Apple HealthKit:

  1. Personal HRV baseline calculation
  2. Real-time stress level assessment
  3. Breathing exercise recommendations and guidance (8 types)
  4. Habit tracking (streaks, statistics)
  5. Schedule management and reminder notifications

Article 3 (Usage Requirements)

Required Devices:

HealthKit Permission: The App requires access to Apple HealthKit.

Age Restriction: The App is intended for users 13 years of age or older.

Article 4 (Pricing)

The App currently offers all features for free.

We may introduce a paid plan with additional features in the future. If a paid plan is introduced, pricing and details will be communicated in advance through the App and these Terms.

Article 5 (Future Paid Plans)

If a paid plan is introduced, the following conditions will apply:

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

The following actions are prohibited:

  1. Violating laws or public order and morals
  2. Unauthorized use of the App (reverse engineering, analysis, etc.)
  3. Infringing rights of other users or third parties
  4. Registering false information

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

Important Disclaimer:
  • This app is not a medical device
  • Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Stress level assessments are estimates, not medical diagnoses
  • Consult a physician for health concerns
  • We assume no liability for damages arising from use of the App

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
